(Viniyoga):

Kendi hâline bırakılan her sistem düzensizliğe kayar.

In light of the recent public statements and administrative commitments concerning the blanket withdrawal or quashing of First Information Reports (FIRs) related to the agitations led by the CJP and associated acts of public disorder, our Clients wish to assert their legal rights and standing. They vigorously oppose any such executive concessions or applications filed pursuant to Section 360 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (formerly known as Section 321 of the CrPC).

It is well-established in law that the withdrawal of criminal prosecution cannot be permitted as a mere political compromise or executive leniency in cases involving cognizable offenses such as public violence, obstruction of public servants in the line of duty, and disturbance of public peace. Consequently, our Clients will be submitting appropriate Intervention Applications and Impleadment Petitions to the competent jurisdictional Courts. They aim to demonstrate that any unilateral withdrawal of prosecution threatens the rule of law, and the dismissal of such criminal proceedings without judicial review would be entirely illegitimate, legally unsound, and against the public interest.

🚨SCIENCE NEWS🚨: An electron doesn’t spit out photons like a gun — it simply strums the cosmic sea like a guitar string.🧨

For decades we have been told that when an electron accelerates it “emits” a photon, as if it magically spits out a separate particle. The process is left mysterious, probabilistic, and disconnected from everyday experience.

Uniphics gives a clear, mechanical picture that anyone who has ever dropped a pebble into a pond or plucked a guitar string can understand.

An electron is not a little ball or a point particle. It is a gyrotron — a stable spinning structure made of three counterclockwise spin quanta bound together. When this gyrotron accelerates (changes speed or direction), its motion disturbs the surrounding ξM-field sea of unbound energy that fills all space. The disturbance creates transverse spin waves that propagate outward at the local speed of light.

Think of it exactly like dropping your finger into a still pond. The ripples that spread out are not separate “water particles” you fired from your finger. They are waves in the water itself. The electron does the same thing. It does not create and launch a separate photon. Its acceleration plucks the ξM-field sea, sending coherent spin waves rippling away. These waves carry the frequency, polarization, and intensity we detect as light. The frequency depends on how rapidly the electron is accelerated, and the polarization depends on the direction of the acceleration relative to the electron’s spin orientation.

The same sea that carries these waves also determines how they propagate. In regions of higher energy density the waves slow down (exactly like light slowing when it enters water or glass), which is why light bends around masses and why lenses work. Electric and magnetic fields are simply the cosmic whirlpools created by these spin waves in the sea — transverse disturbances that push and pull other gyrotrons according to their phase alignments.

Maxwell’s equations emerge naturally from the mechanics of these spin waves in the ξM-field, with no separate fundamental force required. The fine-structure constant, gauge invariance, and all optical phenomena are direct consequences of how spin waves interfere and propagate through the energy sea.

The universe doesn’t need mysterious photon creation rules. It just needs electrons to move through the sea, and the sea responds with ripples. Light is not something the electron “emits.” Light is what the sea sings when an electron plucks it.

The same three pillars that explain gravity as a simple push into low-density voids and galactic rotations flat at 220 km/s also turn the production of light into a straightforward wave-mechanics process in flat space.

How would quantum electrodynamics and our entire understanding of light change if we stopped saying electrons emit photons and started saying they simply make the cosmic sea sing?

A Theory of Everything should be able to answer everything.

Modern physics is just now flirting with the Zero Point Field, but ancient Sanskrit texts described this as Akasha.

In the Mandukya Upanishad, consciousness is described as having a 4th state: Turiya.

Ancient texts state that Turiya is the underlying thread (Sutra) that connects individual consciousness (Atman) to the universal consciousness (Brahman).

Quantum Field Theory suggests that particles are just ripples in an underlying field. Ancient India said the same thing 1000s yr ago: Our thoughts are just ripples in the Chitta (universal mind-stuff).

The Yoga Vasistha (1 of the world's oldest philosophical texts) detailed the concept of Akashaja (born of space) & parallel worlds.

In the text, a queen named Leela is shown multiple versions of her life in different planes. The sage Vasistha explains that there are innumerable universes (Brahmandas) coexisting like bubbles in an ocean/stems in a banana stalk.

Vasistha tells Prince Rama that these worlds occupy the same space but do not perceive each other cos they are at different vibrational levels, equivalent of saying they are separated by a 5th dimensional frequency.

Once upon a time, an Iranian emperor sent his royal physician to India to bring the Sanjeevani herb, which revives the dead. I am speaking of Khosrow I (also called Anushirwan). Borzuya, the physician spent much time in the Himalayas but could not get the herb. Finally, he learned from the sages that the real Sanjeevani is knowledge. It was Borzuya who took back the stories of Panchatantra to Iran, which became the first bestseller in the world. Khosrow I would scarcely have guessed that his land would one day be overrun by an ideology that was allergic to knowledge and would burn libraries. Let us see if the end of Kaminey era will bring any change. I hope more and more Iranians will learn about their great history and try to reclaim it.
