@KRACare @StephenWayodi I failed to file nil returns in 2016. I was penalised but I visited my then regional offices in Nyeri. I proved I was not working and gave the relevant documents. The Penalty was waived and I even got a compliance cert for job hunting. I have diligently filed returns since then.

The only reason scandals are “revealed” in Kenya is to be able to conclude them.

This mechanism is called Self-Expulsion.

It works like this,

1. One person in the market screams, “Thief.”

2. The guilty person has a golden opportunity to point elsewhere and also scream, “Thief!” Even louder for people at the back.

3. It sounds provocative but eventually nothing happens.

The scandal has been expelled from the population.

A Second Method for Complex Scandals works like this:

Let us say the total volume of scandals to be dealt with is Sh 300 Billion.

Step 1. Divide the scandals into 16 Bullet size headlines of Kes. 18 billion each.

Step 2. “Un-Earth” the 16 mini-scandals in this format, “EACC Unearths a 18Bn scandal in ____X____.

Step 3. Carefully detonate the scandal without damaging the foundations of the next scandal. This is controlled demolition. Only unearth one scandal every month. We must get to the next election.

Step 4. Detonate the other remaining 16 scandals at a fixed rate of 3 to 4 per year. This will allow you two things:

a) 60 months to govern and create your own scandals as you detonate pre-existing scandals.

b) Enough time to hand over the Scandal to the next Scoundrel.

The purpose of every unearthed scandal is to purify the population from its tensions and divisions and keep it docile. Not solve it.

There is so much shame reserved for women,

Women are shamed for being single,

The fragrance of shame is renewed every morning by humans who are ready to remind you of your inadequacies,

Ensure you never feel good enough.

Some hold unto your past because it is spiced in shame.

Women need to unlearn shame,

Members of the Fluffy Life Club, need to learn how to be shameless.

We need to learn how to have a great relationship with hatred, envy, jealousy, gossip, etc

How not to whimper when humans despise you because not everyone will like or respect you and it's fine.

You also don't have to hurt anyone to be detested, some will inherit the contempt while some will loathe you just because they detest themselves too.

Unlearn shame today,

Resist every feeling of inadequacy and shameful labels.

Own your failures and success with your chest.

So when the shame servers emerge, tell them not today, Satan.
