Construction dust is one of the most overlooked drivers of India’s urban air pollution, contributing up to 18% of PM10 emissions in Delhi-NCR.

Today on #CEEWExplains, Arvind Kumar delves into our behavioural science pilot in Gurugram, where small nudges—like entry-point reminders for drivers, repositioned signs, and voluntary commitments—helped:

✅ Raise compliance 4x

✅ Cut PM10 by 11%

✅ Reduce PM2.5 by 29%

Cleaner air doesn’t always need bans or disruptions. Sometimes, it just takes better design, behaviour, and shared responsibility.
