New gene expression analysis from the largest biomarker dataset in any adjuvant CDK4/6i trial shows ribociclib + NSAI iDFS benefit is consistent across all PAM50 subtypes (66% LumA, 28% LumB, 3% HER2E, 3% Basal-like) with no significant interaction.

Subtypes strongly prognostic; trend toward greater benefit in higher genomic risk/proliferation tumors.

Reinforces the broad value of ribociclib + ET in stage II/III HR+ HER2- early breast cancer while advancing precision.
