🚨 Alpha Capital payout dispute

Trader @AminJ7114 claims his $2,400 payout was denied after waiting around 10–12 days, with his dashboard reportedly blocked over an IP connection.

According to the trader, the IP was linked to another account that purchased a challenge in April 2025. He denies sharing his login.

He also claims three additional $100K accounts were blocked — 2 Phase 2 accounts and 1 Phase 1.

The main question being raised:

Why was an 18-month-old IP connection flagged only when the payout was requested?

thats the reason i was using 4 accounts of 100k each 1 one was in phase one and two was in phase 2 i trusted them also because of there reputaion but from pov i did not do anything i have the journal with the charts ss and all i am ready to provide it but from them i am not getting any reply and how is it fair to banned someone for a mistake they are saying which i did in april 2025 to banned me @AlphaCapitalUK @adhufx similar thing happend to him and many other traders @george_kohler

On 17/9/26 @AlphaCapitalUK closed my accounts and banned me for CID/account management. I need help getting this tweet some traction.

I have a 200k funded account and 100k funded account. Both accounts combined had profit of $6000 (before split) which was due last week.
I have emailed risk and support. No reply since.

I have been trading with Alpha Capital Group since 2024. I have approximately $65000 total payouts (lifetime amount) in this time period.
I have never been involved in account management, group trading or anything of that sort.
I am not a trading influencer, mentor or social media person.
I have an iPhone 11 that I use to enter and exit my trades on MT5 and I have not logged into my ACG accounts on MT5 on any other device except this iPhone.

I have no idea who these people are. I am from the UK and I have no friends/peers in the trading industry. I am a lone trader, I don't share signals or discuss my trade ideas with anyone.

I had a phone call conversation due to my success at Alpha on 01/09/26 and they asked me if I could review ACG on @PropFirmMatch - I did this as I enjoy trading with the firm and the reliability of it.

I have had a risk interview in the past in order to confirm I am the trader trading the account and show my usage of MT5 etc. which all went fine.

On 16/09/26, Harry from the Trader Relation & Content Team emailed me and asked me if I would like to feature in the journey in a short Trader Success Interview on Zoom for 20 minutes and that would be shared on socials such as Instagram, Youtube etc. I was in the process of accepting this and then got banned the next day by risk.

This whole ordeal has been stressful and I would like to get it sorted out asap as I’ve done nothing wrong.

Yes i also trusted them as i see the trader getting there payout from them but now after the my payout request has been denied and they have completely blocked me from there website even the discord this is the worst thing to happend who worked hard and stay patience all the time never broke any rules no overtrading and still they block for some ip adress rule this is totally unfair @AlphaCapitalUK
