Aviation has fully recovered and the real competition starts now.
4.7 billion passengers in 2024 (surpassing 2019) $912 billion global airline revenue (+8.6% growth)
The new battleground: operational efficiency + passenger experience. But predictive power is blocked by data access barriers.
Claude Code is the best harness for getting work done but you're not ready for this discussion (currently using GPT-5.6 Sol in CC and it outperforms Codex lol)
My favorite way to use this rocket launcher of a model on knowledge work:
+ Point Fable at one of your trickiest problem. GTM strategy, website redesign, internal operations.
+ Connect it to all the relevant context (Notion, meeting notes, Slack, analytics)
+ Describe the final artifact or outcome you want (a templated document, shipped PRs, a live prototype)
+ Run @kieranklaassen's /lfg command in a /loop with compound engineering, walk away for at least four hours, come back and review the work
I am building a team.
If you're really really really good at building stuff, design, filmmaking, writing, pushing the models to their limits, or just making people care about a product at mass, certainly reach out.
Let's collab + make stuff.

Breakfast at a Vegas mastermind last month. 41-year-old guy at my table I'd never met. Doing $2.4M/month on a digestive enzyme for people 40+ with acid reflux. Started 4 years ago.
Asked him what shifted growth from $400K/month to $2.4M/month over 18 months.
He said one sentence: "I stopped trying to sound credible and started sounding angry."
For 2 years he ran ads with the same playbook as every other gut health brand — doctor talking heads, clinical citations, scientific ingredient breakdowns. Hit a ceiling at $400K/month and couldn't break through it for 8 straight months.
Then he tested an ad where a 50-year-old guy in a kitchen yells about Tums for 90 seconds. "I've been eating these like candy for 10 years and my heartburn is worse than it's been my entire life. They're not designed to fix anything. They're designed to keep you buying them." No product mention until second 71.
Hit $13K/day in the first 2 weeks. He's now produced 35+ ads in the same angry-guy-in-a-kitchen format. Pulled his brand on GetHookd to scan the lineup. Counted 23 active variations. Different actors, different specific complaints, all built around righteous anger at the antacid industry. Refund rate 3.8%. AOV $74.
His insight: in any category dominated by complacent legacy brands, the founder who's allowed to be angry on camera wins. Anger reads as honest. Polish reads as marketing.
This is super interesting
You now have non-tech normal people outship tech people in terms of reaching revenue fast
I have lots of techy software engineer friends and they have been trying for years to get any MRR for their sideprojects and they still haven't
Here's an Indonesian girl, who's tapped into TikTok culture, knows what to ship, can't even code but ships it fast thanks to AI and gets to $800 MRR in the first month
So we're officially in a new time now: it's now literally just a competition of being as tapped into the culture as possible, to then be able spot a trend and rapidly built and launch a site/app/biz around it, and make money
There is little to any benefit being in tech now over normal people, maybe even the opposite as tech people are very up to date on tech things but often quite out of date on many non-tech cultural trends
This is a great thing, but a bitter pill to swallow: another gatekeeper wiped out and every tech builder has to now stop putting effort into tech skills, and instead put effort into understanding culture trends to see what to build next
And build it fast!
The bitter lesson in 26 words:
Don’t be distracted by human knowledge, as AI has been historically.
Instead focus on methods for creating knowledge that scale with computation, like search and learning.
If you are running a consulting business and you are deploying Anthropic or OpenAI directly into your organization (I’m looking at you PwC and Accenture) you are letting the fox into the hen house.
OpenAI and Anthropic are openly funding and starting competitors to you while also using your usage to drive more success for them.
This is not a failure on their part but a failure on your part.
Consulting businesses that understand this are adopting a control plane that allows them to arbitrate where tokens go and who generates tokens for them.
Controlling the tokens is controlling the spice (Dune).
This was a key pillar of 8090’s global partnership with EY and they key feature of our Software Factory. We control token generation and can direct them to any model provider.
We are close to another global partnership and will announce it soon.
These organizations refuse to accept the disruption standing still or, even worse, by adopting and accelerating the companies who want to disrupt them.
i'm looking for great founders and early stage companies across canada.
who should I talk to in montreal, toronto, waterloo and east, edmonton, calgary, vancouver and west?
This is my personal opinionated OpenClaw/Hermes Agent setup with full Graph RAG, Vector Search, and retrieval on top of Karpathy's markdown as system-of-record LLM knowledge wiki
All of this is free, open source MIT license and available on Github at https://t.co/yFpFU4pn5b
People talk, listen, watch, think, and collaborate at the same time, in real time. We've designed an AI that works with people the same way.
We share our approach, early results, and a quick look at our model in action.

The guy who built AlphaGo (by DeepMind) just raised a $1.1B seed round, you heard me, SEED ROUND...
With a $5.1B valuation out of the gate, they aim to build AI agents that don't rely on human data.
What do you think happens next?
Using Bud automations, any real estate videographer or real estate content creator can now make more money with less work:
Every day at 9AM:
> Bud finds a Zillow listing
> picks the best interior shots
> turns each room into cinematic videos
> sends everything to your Bud Inbox or by SMS
Listing content that used to cost $$$ now takes minutes, and is automated.
this AI Agent finds stressed crops on $500k-2M/year farms, on autopilot.
here's how farmers can use it to save entire harvests:
- watches every Sentinel-2 satellite pass in real time
- spots which field zones are struggling before anyone sets foot outside
- pulls real imagery straight from ESA's satellites, no site visits required
- maps every field zone with exact actions - irrigate, fertilize, monitor
- calculates water deficit + expected yield impact
- drops a personalized PDF report in the farmer's inbox by 6am
- every step from satellite to inbox is automated.
a real system running on real satellite data for real farms.
reply "FARM" and I'll send you the full guide so you can build it too
i believe the strongest asset for entrepreneurs right now is an "internet swipe file" build in Obsidian...
a knowledge base packed with:
- landing pages
- visual styles
- creatives
- tweets, linkedin posts, tiktoks...
- youtube thumbnails
a massive library of proven content you can inject into AI workflows
it's the easiest way to improve outputs, just steal from what's already working
you can't be good at everything, but this + solid prompting will take you very far
