This footage is another example how the Congolese Banyarwanda are being treated in DRC … we’ve even seen them being killed, grilled, hacked into pieces and eaten publicly… one doesn’t dare to imagine what happened after this scene was filmed…
@USUN @USAmbDRC @StateDept @StateDeptSpox can keep looking the opposite side and eventually later claim they didn’t know… haven’t we seen that before… 1994?

They can keep blaming Rwanda for imaginary scenarios in that same DRC, while naming the Congolese Banyarwanda “terrorists” for taking up arms against their torturers… it will only diminish their own image for not living up to the values they pretend to represent… while emptying those universal values of their substance.
