@awilkinson Use the AI in your accounting tools, in Europe Moss (Ramp Europe clone), Pivot for Procurement/AR, Kyriba/Nomentia for treasury. 95% of the rest is non-working shenanigans for constant workflow.
@thsottiaux@theo Tibo, any chance OpenAi or you publish your standard Agents.MD, Standard Custom Agents (if any) and the basic coding skill(s) used?
My coding skill is burning a lot now, seems to be primarily from very extensive testing versus 5.6 Sol.
Especially on real estate I would argue it saved thousands of private people of predatory contracts.
For professionals, just bring in your associate/junior, you can leave the room whenever you want. You can also just work, and so on, at least with corporate grade notaries.
Sat through SPAs of 350+ pages for corporate transactions, survived ut as well.
To be fair:
(1) A proper notary reads 90 pages on well under 1 hour, and you’re not obliged to listen at all, just sit there. Often in large deals, people also go in and out for calls. Also experienced many deals or contracts being changed live in the notary session (hand written additijs by notary are official), huge advantage for anything more complex than a plain incorporation.
(2) There is also some sense to it as the notary needs to assess that the contract is within the law, and if it is hughly unfavourable to one party, even of legal, needs to point that out. Saved many parties already who are not represented by big law.
(3) Fees vary by type of contract and volume being contracted as the liability if the notary (see points above, somewhat liable for that) increases.
Not necessary for everything (simple incorporation) and should be simplifies in some manners. But in many more complex situations very helpful, especially if you have not Top A 1+ lawyers.
@brny@patrickc Many things are great in the US. Case law wild west legal system is not one of them. That’s also why legal overall is a much more expensive cost line in the US. Not to speak of lawyer billing…
