In my opinion I don’t blame those prisoners in the cage. If all I knew was the “characters” on the walls, for someone that once stood chained next to me to attempt to reshape my entire world would almost be egregious #I2E21
@JulianaJjdenney And at that time, much like any other time he could have switched his stance in order to live like others, but stood his ground instead. #I2E21
@Noah13231481 In my opinion, those inside the cave are ignorant not because they are right or wrong in their views, but because they reject any outside knowledge. #I2E21
@nahomema That type of reasoning might be seen as a bit of a moral double standard because it places unreasonable expectations on men who might relate to your idea of women. #I2E21
@MattCEthics Yea in my opinion I agree to a certain degree. Apart from immediate dangers to a strangers life and livelihood, it makes no sense to actively try to help everyone you meet, as it eventually interrupts your own life. #I2E21
@student_ethics It’s easy to say that gender holds a heavy price on moral standings but with over time society constantly updates and changes how it see the topic. #I2E21
@_zahrawest In my opinion the argument is challenging, however the choice to take away someone’s right to change their ways is just as egregious as their decision to break a law. #I2E21
@nahomema I agree, respect is an ideal that is and should be founded upon reciprocation, in order to never take away the rational choices of either parties. #I2E21
@student_ethics I always saw this as free will being a gift that should be cherished, and in respect to this gift we must adhere to rules that border this will. #I2E21
@Gracedom3102 What surprised me was that social security wasn’t an objective as this is something that is so widely and generally accepted in America. #I2E21
@pomegranate327 It makes you think of the certain invisible rights that we’re protected by, vs the rights we think we have that we actually don’t, like social security. #I2E21
@JRJw44 Basically everyone has different experiences that affect how they see each right so it makes sense to have a ton of definitions for specific types of rights. #I2E21
