One of my favourite things in the Culture series is the super intelligent AI Minds running civilisation every so often still come to us for help because some folks can just look at certain problems and understand better than millions of simulations, much to the AI's confusion

Straight up why I hate that we call the crap we have today AI. It's not AI and when/if we actually get to creating AI we'll be completely incapable as a society of talking about its risks because the average Joe will have GPT as their only frame of reference.

@PlayNightingale I didn't lose my respite realm but I did just lose a swamp herbarium realm I had a permanent portal to and had done a lot of my building in for farming. Is there any way to get those rolled back?

Before I played Death Stranding I used to wonder what all the fuss was about Kojima because every clip I saw from his games just looked batshit crazy. Then I played DS and it's still batshit crazy but it's also one of my most meaningful gaming experiences ever
