@RebekahWriter He should have known the rules of his sport. My team mate did - and made his call. If there was no rule and it was the whim of a referee - then I sympathise.
@RebekahWriter Ahhh rubbish. We are breeding a generation of self indulgent brats only thinking about themselves and there ‘rights’. There are rules to be followed. My team mate had to cut his hair to compete at the commonwealth games.
New post from @googlewmc (via @johnmu actually):
Mobile-First indexing, structured data, images, and your site.
"We now use mobile-first indexing for over half of the pages shown in search results globally" https://t.co/pxgLBVHa8l
I'm trying to shift my mindset from:
"I write blog posts, do SEO, X, Y, and Z for Buffer." (Input-focused)
to
"I grow Buffer's traffic through content marketing, SEO, X, Y, and Z." (Output-focused)
Small but important shift, I believe.
Hire people who can figure things out, not people who know everything.
Hire people who can work alone and with others.
Hire people for where they are going, not where they are.
That means hiring for the ability and desire to grow and learn and improve.
This is compounding.
