ஜாதி, மதம், அரசியல் போன்ற‌ குறுக்கப்பட்ட புரிதலுக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு, பண்பாட்டு ரீதியாக‌ #தேவேந்திரகுலவேளாளர் சமுதாயம் உயர்வு மிக்கது என்பதை உணர்ந்து, தங்களை எஸ்.சி, தலித், தாழ்த்தப்பட்டவர், ஹரிஜன், தீண்டாமைச்சாதி, ஒடுக்கப்பட்டவர், பட்டியலினம் என அழைக்கக்கூடாது என்பதை முன்னிறுத்தி 2006 ல் தொடங்கிய பட்டியலின வெளியேற்றம் 2021 ல் வெற்றி கண்டதை நாம் அறிவோம்.

ஒரு சமூகம் தனது வாழ்வியல் சிக்கல்களில் பொதிந்துள்ள, புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியாத உளவியல் கூறுகளை அவர்களின் யதார்த்த வாழ்க்கைச் சூழலில் இருந்து சரி செய்து கொள்ள எல்லா சமுதாய‌ங்களும், எல்லா காலக்கட்டங்களிலும் முயன்றிருக்கின்றன. சில வெற்றியும் கண்டிருக்கின்றன. சமகாலத்தில் தேவேந்திர குல வேளாளர் சமுதாயம் எடுத்த முயற்சிகள் "சமூக அறிவியல்" சார்ந்து சிறந்ததாகப் பார்க்கிறேன். இதுபோன்ற சூழலில் மானுடவியல், இனவரைவியல் ஆகிய புலங்களில் நீட்சியடைந்த ஆய்வுகளைக் கொண்டு தங்களது சமுதாயத்தை இன்னொரு உயரத்திற்கு நகர்த்தியிருக்கின்ற "அமைப்பியல் கருத்தியலை" சமூகவியலாளர்கள் கவனம் கொள்ளாதது ஆச்சர்யமாக இருக்கிற‌து.

கால மாற்றத்திற்கு ஏற்ப வேக‌மடையும் வளர்ச்சியில் சமூக, பொருளாதார, ஆன்மீக‌ ரீதியில் தனது வாழ்வியலை சுயசார்புத் தன்மைக்குள் நிலைநிறுத்திக் கொள்ள தேவேந்திர குல வேளாளர் சமுதாயம் எவ்வாறு போராடுகிறது? என்பதை "அடையாளம்" என்கிற இக்குறும்படம் யதார்த்தமாக சொல்கிறது. தனது சமுதாயத்தை உள்ளூற நேசிக்கும் திரு.தங்கராஜ் தனது ஆத்மார்த்தமான பங்களிப்பை இதில் பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். அவசியம் பார்த்து கருத்து பகிருங்கள்.

This senseless murder of Kavin Selvaganesh, a young man who rose from humble rural roots to become a software engineer, is shocking. The fact that this murder was allegedly at the behest of a couple who work in the police force is even more shocking.

Most of my work outside Zoho is focused on how to achieve a better life for youth exactly like Kavin.
I feel a deep sense of pain and shame at these "honour killings" in 2025.

We have to do more work at the roots of our society.
