This new project feels like a natural extension of a lot of the work I've done and I'm proud to be part of it. Keep an eye out for the big reveal at DC Fintech Week in October! Thank you @ChrisBrummerDr and Maha El-Dimachki for inviting me to participate.
NEWS: Together with @blupryntco, we’ve sent a joint policy brief to @SECGov that explains why digital asset custody regulation should focus on the protections delivered, not on the institutional form it takes.
We’re proud to develop this framework alongside @ChrisBrummerDr and his team.

None of this is satire.
→ A company spent $500,000,000 on Claude in one month because nobody set usage limits
→ Uber ran leaderboards ranking engineers by how much AI they used, not what they shipped
→ Uber burned their entire 2026 budget by April. Their COO said he can’t connect any of it to consumer features
→ A CTO told Axios employees were using enterprise AI to check the weather
→ Microsoft canceled most Claude Code licenses because the token bill spiraled
→ Companies are now laying people off to pay the AI bill. Not because AI replaced the work. Because the bill replaced the headcount.
Bluprynt is proud to share that the Bermuda Monetary Authority has completed an Embedded Supervision Solution—built with the outstanding team at Apex Group Ltd, @Chainlink and @hackenclub
This initiative replaced manual, post-hoc compliance processes with real-time enforcement. Identity checks. Reserve verification. Transaction-level blocking — before execution finalizes.
It's a pilot for a future that has arrived.
The @BermudaMonetary pilot proved something the industry has been theorizing about for years: compliance doesn't have to be a reporting layer bolted on after the fact — it can be an infrastructure property enforced at the point of execution. We authenticated the issuer, verified reserves in real time through an independent administrator, and blocked non-compliant transactions before they settled — all without a single manual review. That's not incremental improvement. That's a fundamentally different governance model.
At @blupryntco our conviction is that as tokenized assets scale into the trillions, they will require what we call a digital asset operating system — a control layer that makes compliance machine-speed, machine-readable, and enforceable by design. This pilot was the first proof that the architecture works.
Everyone in crypto should understand money transmission laws.
This @LawofCodeFM podcast explains the history of money transmission, how rules are being (mis)applied, and what might change with draft legislation.
Featured: @valkenburgh, @amandatums, @brianeklein and a snippet from @jchervinsky. This is the most comprehensive podcast I've ever done. Welcome to Law of Code, Season 2.

Nothing in this podcast is legal or investment advice.
There are moments in the life of a startup when things get real.
I had one yesterday.
I'd just come off stage from #XRPLasVegas talking about programmable compliance—and hinting at some projects coming with @Ripple, when wandering the halls, I turned a corner and saw it: @blupryntco's first poster.
Our first lemonade stand.
I think only when you build something from scratch with a small group of friends can you really appreciate how meaningful little moments like this are. Bluprynt builds infrastructure for some of the leading firms in the space. We've brainstormed with some of the most consequential people in financial regulation and infrastructure. But we're a B2B company. We're just the invisible pipes! We're digital.
So there was something deeply human about seeing your company's name on something you can physically touch, live, at a major conference. Even more so when you didn't ask for it, or expect it. You can see the traction. And quite literally feel the impact.
I can't thank my buddy @DigPerspectives enough and congratulations my friend on such a successful event. Thanks as well to @bgarlinghouse and Ripple stablecoin guru @_JackMcDonald_ for the backstage conversations.
