If the vinyl sheet is 12ft. Then u measure 3ftx3ft - which gives you dimensions of 4x width. So if price is $1.29- that means 12ft on 1 row from 3ft down is $4.56 !
Then times footage in length! Every 3ft! $4.56× whatever! Not 15.??
