What’s your excuse again? My mate Bianca finished @DBNUltra sprint triathlon this weekend and she’s training for a half Ironman distance triathlon. 3 years ago after a car accident she was told she will never walk again. She’s lost 64kg’s and trains like a machine. 🙌🏻
