Thank you for your support as always @AccessForAll7 @DisabilityFed have made no observations/commentary on this. This is how you prioritise #disabled people. Issues caused by wires/poles coming down in a storm can be eliminated by the provision of generators to vulnerable folks

As we are registered on the network as people who need electric to power their devices that are essential in their lives local authorities and the energy providers should have a system whereby they provide back up generators in an emergency.

We had plenty of warning around this storm and backups could have been deployed in the days running up to the storm event.

@AddressingLife @DisabilityFed @ESBNetworks That's exactly our point - not overly expensive given the scale involved - the provision of a generator and the requisite adaptation to Disabled persons home, to facilitate a UPS environment could undoubtedly save lives
