@EE swapped to an eSIM when I got my new phone but it wasn't for me. Old sim wouldn't reactivate, tried ordering replacement but was going to be charged £1.50 postage so went to a store & waited, but been charged anyway - is this right? The store never mentioned any charge...

@EE This is disappointing- I didn't need a replacement, but I was not able to reactivate my old one after I wanted to switch back from eSIM. What were my alternatives? I read on the online EE forum store collections were free, so I spent time waiting in store to avoid the charge!

@Plusnet sent engineers & fixed issue affecting whole estate. Now 70Mbps d/l & 20Mbps u/l.

Lucky I know enough to know Sky were wrong so kept pushing. Most wouldn't.

@virginmedia I'm moving house on Friday - when I entered the details on your website as I'm interested in joining Virgin Media, I had an email to say you can't bring Virgin Media to me - when I check the neighbour opposite it says they are a customer :( is this a capacity issue?
