She spoke on Plenary 8 – Introducing #PublicDebtIsPublic: A Sovereign Debt Documentation and Data Commons, where she shared insights on promoting public debt accountability and the importance of open, accessible debt data for transparency and citizen oversight.
The session also marked the launch of the #PublicDebtIsPublic platform — a collaboration between the Sovereign Debt Forum and @MassiveData_GU to develop the first-ever sovereign debt documentation and data commons, drawing from public sources to strengthen global fiscal transparency.
