I will never in my life fly with @AmericanAir again. Had me, my 1 year old and dog (as if that’s not enough to deal with) stuck in Houston since 4AM… then lost my luggage with all my babies things in it. Everyone was RUDE ALL day! Got provided a $12 voucher for food. Ridiculous!

@realEstateTrent Yeah let’s not hold the airlines we pay thousands of dollars to to hold their end of the contract up. It’s on us for not planning better Whe we paid bazooka bucks months in advance thinking maybe the airline company will come thru.

How do you cancel a flight for passengers and then fly that same plane anyway?
My bags have made it farther than I have.
I just waited 4.5 HOURS on hold with @AmericanAir to try to rebook a cancelled flight. The AA app would not work for me so I was left to cancel the flight and rebook on another airline or my daughter would have missed our family vacation. Terrible customer service!!!

I do text support or call I wait at least an hour. They also lost my bag, no updates, nothing.
