5- now I guess they’re going to close my account and keep my royalties? They wouldn’t tell me either way.
Is KDP @amazon actually a scam???? I find it incredible that such a large company is incapable of helping me.
Anyone else have this experience or know what I should do

1- KDP @amazon wants me to verify my account with my ID. I’ve tried for over a month, support isn’t helping, AI isn’t helping, apparently they are unable to verify my ID- only a half screen with white bar across it shows up for me to take a picture of the back.

4- more emails back and forth gave me more tries but no answers as to what the issue is. I asked about the white bar a couple of times including screenshots, they never answered that question. My last email had 6 questions I wanted answered, they answered one - no more tries
