The Hero to my right is my brother in law. He and his K9 partner were killed this morning when their cruiser was struck by another vehicle (suspected DUI). Jim is a Hero.

The video was shot beyond the Arctic Circle,right between the Canada-Alaska-Russia border. It only takes a few seconds, but the spectacular view is admirable. This phenomenon can be observed only once a year for 36 seconds, immediately followed by a total solar eclipse for 5 sec.
