I’m building a one-person health system and kicking traditional health insurance to the curb while documenting the process.

The Longevity Lie
Living a long healthy life might be easier than you think.
The best part…
You don’t need a closet full of red lights or supplements.
Today, you can’t open your phone without seeing an influencer peddling a new health gadget or supplement promising the fountain of youth.
And there’s a new podcast daily on how to cold-plunge your way to health.
But do we need to go to extremes to live a long healthy life?
I think not.
Longevity is about a life well lived.
Yes, you have to take care of yourself and move your body, nourish your body, rest, and de-stress.
… But beyond the basics, there are no cheat codes to guarantee you live to 100. If you even want to live that long.
However, there's a common deficiency zapping the life out of people.
I’m talking about purpose.
Purpose drives you daily to feed your soul and gives you a reason to fight through all the BS of modern living.
It gives you a reason to get up in the morning, to stay up late, and to work beyond your weekly 40.
Purpose can be found at work, in your home, in the backyard, kitchen, or a soup kitchen, church, or city hall.
Purpose can be your pleasure and something that pulls you through your day and makes your day worth living.
Your purpose is medicine for your soul that nourishes you until you feel full or until the lights go out.
Purpose can give you energy when your tank is empty.
It’s a life force that can’t be measured, bought, or bottled.
Everyone has a purpose, but for some, it’s hidden or waiting to be discovered.
What’s your purpose?
What lights you up…
What do you excel at…
What gives you energy…
What would you do for free…
What do you think about daily…
What do you lose track of time doing…
What do others acknowledge about you…
What brings a smile to your face or others…
What comes naturally to you that others find difficult…
Hidden in those answers is your life force and purpose.
Your purpose will add years to your life and life to your years.
When you find purpose, you find the secret to longevity that doesn’t come in a bottle.
Every day, even Sunday, is an opportunity to get better, be better, feel better. Never give up... your health is always evolving & it's never too late for a transformation. Let it start with your next meal, your next thought.
@PeterMallouk Traditional college education is antiquated. Very few real-world skills acquired.
Community colleges, remote learning, and trades schools are trending.
