What happened tonight with $TIBBIR?
Here's the breakdown:
Address that revealed the movement: 0x2791f53d6ec377ad625fd60b6a64061311c7dcf0 (same on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Optimism)
1. TIBBIR Launch Wallet is BACK:
On the 29.09. at 00:18 UTC the TIBBIR launch wallet 0x80a8…b7c2 (funded by mickym.eth before launch) sends a hash commit (adae38a5…) to this address. That is 241 days after the wallet last did anything.
2. Multi-Person Treasury
At 04:13 UTC: a Splits Smart Vault goes live at exactly this address, on all four chains within 4 seconds. Splits (https://t.co/PNt2PCyvCB) is a treasury app for crypto teams, built on Coinbase Smart Wallet. It was approved with a single passkey signature in the Splits web app.
They are launching this on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Optimism.
Now the same step: two more passkeys are added and approvals are set to 2 of 3. That makes it a three-person team treasury.
3. The address was calculated in advance.
It already existed as a planned vault in someone's Splits workspace before 00:18. So whoever controls the launch wallet knew this team's vault address four hours before it went live.
4. Owner / recovery account: 0x28aCa448CF53F022b3A874B976D42c9bDE24E865. It has never been used, and among all 657 Splits vaults on Ethereum it appears only on this one.
Balance: 0 on all four chains. No money has moved. yet. watching inflow now. 🍿
What it means:
The people behind the launch wallet and this Splits team are linked. A multi-person treasury is usually set up before funds come in. 🐸
Still unknown: who the three signers are, and what the hash stands for.
It's happening, congratulations to the frogs who persisted.
$TIBBIR about to grow some mfkn wings.
Gribbit.
@sirohedge Tibbir LLC and Tibbir Trust were established by Ribbit Capital and Micky Malka to hold Robinhood shares, supporting AI, fintech, and crypto initiatives.
This is really interesting… A twitter agent seems to have deployed the world’s first “agentic company”.
It seems to be architected in a way that it can self sustain itself, with no human to fund it. Runs on stablecoins.
Here’s how I think it works 🧵
Gm
The opening of the @nodefnd is almost here @mickymalka and team are burning the midnight oil to put in the final touches
Are you coming?
If so don’t miss “Benny’s Buns and Brews” Saturday Night

This is how we Node
🧵 I just found the first "Bank Account" for an AI Agent.
1/ 🚨 BREAKING FORENSIC INVESTIGATION 🚨
Everyone thinks $TIBBIR (@ribbita2012) is just another AI meme coin. They are wrong.
We just analyzed the on-chain data, and we found the "Stealth Rail" connecting it to the US Banking system.
This is a technical pilot for the Clarity Act and KYA (Know Your Agent).
Here is the proof. 🧵👇
2/ The Anomaly 📉
The wallet fund that sent a small eth payment to @Ribbita2012 operates strictly during US Banking Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST). It closes its books at market close.
This isn't a "degen bot." This is a regulated Fintech API.
3/ The "Stealth Partner" 🏦
We traced the funding source of the wallet creator. It didn't come from a random bridge. It came from: connectzh.base.eth
That is the Treasury for Zero Hash. The same infrastructure provider for Robinhood, Stripe, and Revolut.
Why is a B2B crypto custodian funding an "AI Agent"?
4/ The Smoking Gun: Micro-Deposits 🔫
Here is the detail everyone missed. The Agent (@ribbita2012 ) was earning trading fees autonomously in its own pool. It had money. BUT it didn't bridge or buy its famous CryptoPunk (#9098) immediately.
It waited. Until the Genius Act Passed. Then...
5/ The "KYA Handshake" 🤝
3 days before the Punk purchase, the Zero Hash hot wallet sent Micro-Deposits (tiny ETH amounts) to the Agent's address.
If you've ever linked a bank account on Plaid or Stripe, you know what this is. It’s a Challenge-Response Verification.
6/ The "Clarity Act" Workflow 📜
This confirms the "Jessi's Paper" / @ribbita2012 thesis. Current law says AI can't hold money (no KYC). The proposed Clarity Act suggests KYA (Know Your Agent).
We just watched the first live KYA pilot (The Technical Pilot):
Agent Earns Revenue (Proof of Utility) 🤖
Custodian Verifies Agent via Micro-Deposits (Proof of Control) 🏦
Agent executes Real-World Transaction (The Punk) 🎨
7/ Corporate Personhood for AI 🏛️
This solves the biggest problem in Agentic AI: Banking. Ribbit Capital didn't just launch a token. They built a Compliance Wrapper around an AI.
Controller: Ribbit Capital (KYB Verified)
Actor: Tibbir Agent (KYA Verified)
Rail: Zero Hash
8/ The Verdict ⚖️
$TIBBIR isn't a meme. It's a regulatory Trojan Horse. It is a live demonstration to regulators that an AI Agent can safely interface with the US Banking system if it has a "Kill Switch" anchored to a regulated custodian.
Welcome to the era of Agentic Finance.

🚀 THE $TIBBIR THESIS — The Project Everyone Will Pretend They “Always Knew”
(Revolutionary Edition)
There are only two types of people in this cycle:
1️⃣ Those who still think $TIBBIR is “just another token.”
2️⃣ And those who understand it’s the identity backbone of the agent economy — the invisible layer that will power every AI agent, payment rail, and trust interaction of Web3+Web2.5.
Let’s break the silence.
Let’s name what nobody dares to say.
⸻ @RibbitCapital@ribbita2012@ribbita2025@mickymalka@zackrosen_@everythingempty@brian_armstrong@vladtenev
🔥 $TIBBIR Is Not Competing With Memecoins — It’s Competing With Identity Rails
$Visa builds payment identity.
$Mastercard builds network identity.
$Okta builds user identity.
$Apple builds device identity.
$Google builds agent communication (A2A).
$Coinbase & $Cloudflare build payment execution (x402).
But none of them build the on-chain identity substrate for autonomous agents.
That’s the gap.
That’s the vacuum.
That’s the trillion-dollar opening.
👉 $TIBBIR is the only project that positions itself as the “Trust Kernel” for agents.
Not a token.
A root identity layer.
⸻ @redbeardnft@CozomoMedici@kdean@toorobravo@elonmusk
🧱 The Agent Stack Has a Missing Middle Layer — $TIBBIR Fills It
Think of the deAI stack:
🟩 Application (x402) — @coinbase@CoinbaseDev
Agents pay, scrape, unlock data, buy services.
🟨 Discovery (ERC-8004) — @ethereumfndn
Agents get found, validated, indexed.
🟥 Transport (A2A) — @Google@googledevs
Agents talk to each other, execute tasks, return results.
🔵 Identity & Trust (Missing Layer) — $TIBBIR
No agent economy can scale without:
•identity certificates
•trust loops
•reputation state
•revocation & audit trails
•ownership proofs
•agent wallets
•compliance logic
•transfer of identity between devices, agents, owners
This is EXACTLY what @RibbitCapital has been building across a decade:
@privy_io , @crossmint , @blockaid_ , @UpgradeCredit , @RobinhoodApp , @coinbase , @Revolut , @FireblocksHQ , @Morpho , @chainalysis
And $TIBBIR emerges from that same orbit.
🌐 If Agents Become 10× Bigger Than Apps — Identity Becomes 10× Bigger Than Tokens
Apps need UX.
Agents need identity.
Apps need $KYC.
Agents need $KYA (Know Your Agent).
Apps need permissions.
Agents need scopes, logs, revokes, credentials.
Apps run on APIs.
Agents run on identity tokens.
👉 And $TIBBIR is designing the architecture to mint, verify, and maintain this identity state across autonomous systems.
That’s why its market cap today is irrelevant.
Its role is what matters.
🦾 $TIBBIR = The Trust Kernel of the Agent Economy
Every agent action = new identity data
Every identity action = new trust metric
Every trust metric = new valuation
Identity → Trust → Coordination → Capital → Liquidity → Value accrual
The flywheel is enormous.
📈 If This Is True, $TIBBIR Isn’t a “Token” — It’s an Index on AI Agents Themselves
That shifts the entire valuation model.
Not FDV.
Not memetics.
Not narratives.
But network dependency.
If agents scale worldwide →
$TIBBIR becomes the core trust primitive.
This is how assets go from $300M to $30B+.
Not hype.
Architecture.
⚡️ Conclusion
The biggest projects in every cycle were invisible at first:
$Ethereum, $Solana, $Chainlink, $XRP, $Cardano.
They all looked “small” before they became foundational.
👉 $TIBBIR is the first project not trying to be an app, or a chain, but the identity substrate for autonomous agents.
👉 A role so big none of the majors can fill it alone.
👉 A layer so essential that adoption is inevitable once agents mainstream.
And when the stealth phase ends, the industry will simply say:
“Of course. It was obvious.”
But it’s only obvious now — to us.
🚀🐸 $TIBBIR isn’t early. The world is late.
