@gossmw @EmmetPeppers @webdevMason The saturated fat conclusions afaik comes from the big study in the 50s, but its begin ing to be debated. Example, France which is the highest consumer of butter by FAR, is the second or third best in terms of heart disease prevalence (i.e. its very low).
