Glad to deliver the keynote address at the 12th South Asia Regional IHL Conference on “Protection of Persons in Contemporary Armed Conflicts: International Humanitarian Law Before, during and after Armed Conflict” co-hosted by the GOSL & @ICRC.

One key area I stressed on was that at the core of human rights law lies a fundamental concept: humanity above all else. It is a concept that transcends boundaries, ideologies, and prejudices.
