Rights aren't just given; they are protected by how we treat each other.
This is a reminder that our rights and our responsibilities go hand in hand. We have the right to speak up and be heard, but we also have the duty to listen, respect, and build bridges. Your voice matters, but so do your actions.🤝

🎥 WATCH: Young People Need More Than a Seat at the Table
As the world marks the #InternationalYouthDay, conversations from the National Training of Trainers (ToT) Workshop on Advancing Youth Climate Leadership and Solutions are highlighting the importance of creating meaningful pathways for young people to lead climate action.
Over the past three days, youth climate leaders from across Uganda have strengthened their capacity in #ClimateLeadership, #ClimateAdvocacy, #CivicEngagement and #ClimateSolutions, while reflecting on how they can take this knowledge back to their regions and communities.
Today’s discussions also brought attention to the need for stronger support, financing and opportunities for young people to turn climate ideas into practical solutions and sustainable ventures.
As the training comes to an end, one message stands out:
Youth participation must translate into youth leadership, influence and action.
