Unfortunately, it happens from time to time. Tough spot. Broker has done their job by securing a tenant and negotiating desirable / acceptable deal terms. Typically, by this point, we have been paid the first 50%. I'd waive the balance of the fee and credit the LL for the first 50% as LA.
