@Tesco If all .com systems are down, it would have been sensible to send comms to customers this morning before people made journeys to collect...only to be told it wasn't picked, couldn't tell me when and couldn't even confirm cancellation! Lady was very polite and helpful...

@OctopusEnergy General feedback - much preferred my old Bulb customer interface and bills. I don't find Octopus as customer friendly.
