@chuckcook@DirtyTesLa Had my @Tesla_AI HW4 Model 3 react to a school zone this morning on FSD 12.5.6.3. Went 23mph consistently through the zone. Never seen this before.
@chuckcook@gerg118 I'll also add, sometimes it's a necessary evil.
An example I've seen IRL is HWY 64 in AR with 65mph speed limits and unprotected lefts across it from driveways.
@MandicReally@BasedBidoof Do what he said (metal sheet), and coat it in plastidip? Easily repairable, though probably not super super durable.
Could also be fairly wide range of colors / a logo with different colors using a stencil.
@VAT_Engineering@NathanBuilds It's also a design flaw with the AMS. It will "jiggle" the filament back and forth at the feeder 24/7, imparting mechanical stress until it breaks in the feeder PTFE tube.
I've had to tear mine apart so many times that I literally haven't secured the screws in my AMS for months.
For the printer designers/youtubers out there.
Anyone know if someone has made a laser based 3D printer? And not SLS.
Use a laser beam focused on a metal heater block in the gantry, laser is directed by mirrors similar to a C02 laser cutter. Then use a bowden drive setup...
@brendonbuilds No issue with dropouts/brownouts? If so I need info on those tracks, every one I've ever tested (not for printers, lights) has had dropout issues. :/
As we previously announced in February, Bambu Lab is recalling older-model A1 3D printers (sold before January 30, 2024) in the US.
Here is the latest information on the recall in the US: https://t.co/4Oq0bqi81O
@madewithlayers Just because itβs educational doesnβt mean itβs not worth showing off!
Could show off your recently upgraded AliExpress printer and have signs talking about the changes and pros/cons, science behind it, etc!
At least I would find that cool, but Iβm an ultra nerd. π
@AlexLibbywx Just a heads up, and not trying to be a dick (and I may be wrong on your setup). But bettas thrive in warm water ~80Β° and should have ~5g minimum.
