سابق وزیراعظم آزاد حکومت ریاست جموں وکشمیر سردار تنویر الیاس خان کا نصب العین ریاست کو فلاحی خطوط پر استوار کرنا، نوجوانوں کو باعزت روزگار مہیا کرنا ، آر پار کشمیریوں کی ہر فورم پر ترجمانی کرنا اور خدمتِ خلق کو ہر سیاسی وابستگی سے ماورا رکھنا ہے۔ وہ سیاست کو محض اقتدار کی کشمکش نہیں بلکہ ایک مقدس امانت سمجھتے ہیں یہی وہ امتیاز ہے جو انہیں ہجومِ سیاست سے جداگانہ مقام عطا کرتا ہے۔

اگرچہ ان کا دورِ اقتدار مختصر تھا مگر اس مختصر مدت نے دہائیوں پر محیط مفاداتی سیاست ، حکمران طبقے کی بے عملی اور بے حسی کو جھنجھوڑ کر رکھ دیا۔ انہوں نے وہ کارہائے نمایاں انجام دیے جو مدتوں یاد رکھے جائیں گے اور جن کی بازگشت آنے والی نسلیں بھی محسوس کریں گی۔

ان کے عزائم سے اہلِ زر لرزاں اہلِ ہوس پریشاں ہیں کیونکہ اُن کی سیاست نہ تو مصلحت کی اسیر ہے اور نہ مفاد کی غلام ہے ۔ وہ عوام کے دلوں میں جاگزیں ایک امید ہیں شاید آخری امید جن کے دامن سے روشنی پھوٹتی ہے اور جن کے خوابوں میں ریاست کی نئی صبح روشن ہے۔

India’s unprovoked aggression targeted Bahawalpur, Kotli, and Muzaffarabad — even striking near places of worship. Pakistan responded with precision, targeting 8 military installations in Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipora, Poonch, Rajouri, Kargil, Leh (Drass), and Akhnoor. Two Indian jets downed.

We condemn these actions and affirm our right to respond decisively. Peace is our goal, but sovereignty is non-negotiable.
