@HFI_Research@pineconemacro@HFI_Research Is crude too cheap to justify the SPR arb swap? Could we see draws in the next few weeks straight out of commercial with exports holding ?
@calvinfroedge This asshole is the physical embodiment of “the market” and is why you were margin called. I don’t think I can invest anymore because up is down and down is up. I am clearly too stupid because of my grasp of basic math and object permanence.
@Big_Orrin I don’t think it’s quite true - somehow Cushing will be kept above operational minimums by reducing exports… but it doesn’t need to cut exports by a lot to balance - but shouldn’t Brent-WTI narrow a bit?
@RazorOil@NuggetCapital I understand the bear case that "SPRs are treated as production, not inventory" so we have this magic supply and prices are low. But... most US release have been sold as swaps with a 1.25-1.3x replacement commitment over the next 2 years. But now that's also not demand growth???
@glen_downs1@gobills11111@aeberman12 That may have more to do with the fact on average 1/3 of Grand Canyon visitors are foreign and Trump raised the National Park fee to be prohibitively expensive for foreigners. To bring my family of 3 it’s $1,000 CDN dollars just in park pass for a summer road trip…
@wayner99@RichardDias_CFA@KobeissiLetter Fair enough this graph is the deficit but the the follow-on is to generally to look at debt-to-gdp and the use of net federal debt compared to gross Federal and State/Provincial flips Canada from looking much better to looking much worse because of its unique structure to peers.
@kinsellawarren You are flat out lying about the clarity of the law. The jurisprudence of the crowns obligations with respect to citizen referenda is untested - she stated the governments opinion in the appeal. She didn’t categorically claim the law is settled - unlike you and Wab.
@WilliamLaceyYYC@JeromyYYC This is a terrible take. I agree there is a problem with the provincial rake based on property tax but within the city it is fair. One time development fees are reasonable but you hit it when you said it costs more and service is worse - blaming new communities is not the answer.
@TristinHopper Zero concerns with the replacement. But WTF are they grounded for 3-4 years while we buy an easy to maintain prop plane we ALREADY have selected for training.
