Still waiting for a voucher from @easyJet for a cancelled flight from the 25th June. Received a full refund from @Jet2 within 48 hours after they cancelled their flight. Well done @jet2 ! Shame @easyjet can’t do the same

Delivery expected by @Hermesparcels who state they have my parcel but it’s delayed with them for some reason. No explanation and no way of contacting @Hermesparcels. Hermes Assist asks if you want to send an email. Guess what? No you can’t just check back tomorrow
