नारी सताओ यूनियन ऑफ़ इंडिया (NSUI) एक बार फिर बेनकाब हो गया है। छात्र कल्याण के पाखंड के पीछे छिपी शोषण और दुर्व्यवहार की घिनौनी मानसिकता अब पूरी तरह सामने आ चुकी है। एक तरफ जहां एक युवा छात्रा कार्यकर्ता ने "छात्र गूंज" अभियान के लिए दिन-भर अथक परिश्रम किया यह सोचकर कि वह छात्रों के अधिकारों के लिए लड़ रही है वहीं दूसरी तरफ NSUI नेता सुभाष यादव ने उसकी रात को खौफ और गहरे मानसिक आघात में बदल दिया।

यह कोई अकेली घटना नहीं है, बल्कि यह इस संगठन में गहराई तक फैली व्यवस्थागत सड़न को दर्शाती है। पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष फिरोज खान से लेकर छत्���ीसगढ़ प्रदेश अध्यक्ष, और अब मध्य प्रदेश के नेता सुभाष यादव के खिलाफ दर्ज हुई औपचारिक FIR तक का सफर यह साबित करता है कि यहाँ शिकारी और हिंसक व्यवहार को न केवल बर्दाश्त किया जाता है, बल्कि शायद संरक्षण भी दिया जाता है। ��से में "नारी सताओ यूनियन ऑफ इंडिया" का नाम केवल एक राजनीतिक नारा नहीं है, बल्कि यह उन महिलाओं की दर्दनाक हकीकत को बयां करता है जो इस संगठन के भीतर काम करती हैं।

अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (ABVP) इस जघन्य कृत्य की कड़े शब्दों में निंदा करती है और इस मामले में तत्काल, त्वरित और पूरी तरह से निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग करती है। इसमें किसी भी तरह का राजनीतिक संरक्षण या देरी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। जो भी द���षी पाया जाए, उसे कानूनन सख्त से सख्त सजा मिलनी चाहिए। जो संगठन ऐसे शिकारियों को शरण देते हैं, उनका बचाव करते हैं या उनके कृत्यों को नजरअंदाज करते हैं, वे भी इस अपराध में बराबर के भागीदार हैं।न्याय पूर्ण, पारदर्शी और त्वरित होना चाहिए।

First, they tried to bury the issue. Now, they're trying to bury the investigation.

When the Mumbai University TYBCom paper leak came to light, ABVP Mumbai was the first to raise its voice, forcing the University to register an FIR and initiate action. But suspending a few staff members cannot become a convenient escape from a much larger conspiracy.

Recognising the seriousness of the matter, ABVP took the issue to the Hon'ble Governor, the State Government, and concerned Ministers, demanding the constitution of an SIT and a thorough, impartial investigation.

Today, when the State Government itself has directed a CID investigation, the University continues to delay and evade its implementation.
The question is simple:
If the University has nothing to hide, why is it so afraid of a CID investigation? Who is being protected? Why is the Government's directive being ignored?

Students deserve the truth, not scapegoats. They deserve accountability—not delays.

ABVP Mumbai will not allow students' futures to be sacrificed to protect the guilty. Our agitation will continue until every person involved is brought to justice. 🚩

Narrative war is simply who can create a smoother narrative that lodges more firmly in the heads of most people. This is a specialized craft and the Indian RW, which generally belongs to the Engineering or religious class is basically clueless about it. RW narrative survives mostly by sheer mass and emotional attachment to culture and religion.

The leftist historians are highly skilled, well funded and have a good understanding of propaganda, theaterics and narrative control. They are polished and know the ropes of institution building. Their opposition RW is mostly uneducated and disorganized. The only weakness of LW is that their positions are factually absurd.

Indian RW is highly emotional and reactive, which is understandable because that is the only thing that is preventing mass desertion to the leftist stance. They also have people who can dig up stuff and present it.

However, facts themselves are not narrative and change nothing on the ground. You need to articulate the narrative explicitly and everyone on your side must align and reinforce it in every presentation. You should subtly hint at it without directly stating it.

You also need dissemination and education of masses. Social media is a great tool that broke the institutional monopoly over media and journals. However you need to learn rhetoric and structuring of presentation in layers and the methods of stripping the opposition of their credibility.

Recent books by @jsaideepak @Aabhas24 and @vikramsampath have been great and we need more.

This is Audrey's pinned tweet. It is hilariously ironic that Audrey quotes Nilakantha Dikshita’s Kalividambanam (Verse 1). She clearly missed the joke.

Nilakantha was satirizing fake scholars who do not know their subjects.
When he wrote 'Na boddhavyam, na sravyam... jhatiti prativaktavyam,' he was mocking charlatans who refuse to understand the subject, refuse to listen to opposing evidence & just scream immediate replies to look smart.

​If she had actually read the very next verse in Nilakantha’s text (Verse 2), she would have realized she was walking into a trap. Nilakantha goes on to list the 5 ways these fake scholars try to win an argument when they lack substance:

असंभ्रमो विलज्जत्वम् अवज्ञा प्रतिवादिनि l
हासो राज्ञः स्तवश्चेति पञ्चैते जयहेतवः ll

Remaining unbothered, sheer shamelessness, showing utter contempt for the opponent, mocking them & praising the ruling powers (the King)... these 5 are their keys to victory.

This is the exact operational playbook of modern ideological historians when cornered by hard evidence.

Let me further quote the verse 3 also to get the full context:

Whenever an Indian scholar/community group exposes a factual error in her work using hard data, the response is rarely a factual counter-argument. Instead, she immediately claims she is being harassed/attacked by nationalists.

She & others use institutional victimhood as a shield to completely avoid answering legitimate, evidence-based academic critiques.

.@AudreyTruschke claims the Pashupati Seal (Mohenjo-daro Seal 420, ca. 2350–2000 BCE) “isn’t Shiva” but is “more likely adapted from proto-Elamite iconography, showing an Eurasian deity ‘lord of animals.’” This is absolutely superficial & highly unscholarly. Rather her arguments too presented later are so pedestrian.

In fact she prioritizes vague diffusionism over rigorous analysis which clearly aligns with what @authoramish questions her for.

Sir John Marshall, Director-General of the @ASIGoI, analyzed it in his 1931 report Mohenjo-daro and the Indus Civilization. He identified the central figure; a horned, likely tricephalic anthropomorphic form seated in a yogic posture (heels together, knees splayed, akin to mulabandhasana), arms on knees; as a prototype of Shiva/Rudra-Pashupati.

Key reasons mentions are:
A) Yogic mastery & meditative serenity gives sense Shiva as Mahayogi

B) Possible tricephalic form echoes Shiva’s multi-faced iconography

C) Ithyphallic elements links to Shaiva fertility/lingam traditions

D) Dominion over wild animals; Pashupati (“Lord of Beasts”), a Vedic epithet for Rudra/Shiva

This interpretation remains foundational because it integrates the seal’s unique composite features.

Truschke’s proto-Elamite alternative fails empirically for below reasons:

A) Faunal mismatch: The seal shows distinctly Bhartiya megafauna; Indian elephant, Bengal tiger, Indian rhinoceros, water buffalo arranged symmetrically around the figure. These are native to the Indus-Sarasvati region. Proto-Elamite seals (Iran, ~3100–2800 BCE) feature bulls, lions, or Mesopotamian animals. No elephants, rhinos, or Indian tigers. A generic “Eurasian lord of animals” cannot explain this localized ecology.

B) Iconographic divergence: The IVC figure is a serene human(oid) yogi in a meditative pose. Proto-Elamite parallels involve seated bulls or heroic figures grappling beasts violently; not an enthroned yogic master. Visual similarity is near-zero. Even Asko Parpola (who noted distant postural influence) does not equate the seals or endorse direct adaptation.

C) No transmission evidence: The Indus-Saraswati Civilization shows strong indigenous development with trade contacts, but no archaeological trail of wholesale Elamite iconographic borrowing. The material culture (seals, weights, urban planning) reflects regional continuity, not derivative imports.

“Lord of animals” motifs exist across ancient cultures; a common Neolithic archetype but universality does not prove specific proto-Elamite derivation. It actually weakens claims of external origin.

The @MinOfCultureGoI’s description as “a timeless symbol of Indian civilizational continuity” is archaeologically sound. IVC already exhibits precursors to later Hindu practices: yogic postures, possible lingams, fire altars, swastikas, pipal veneration, and genetic/archaeological continuity into the Vedic period (B.B. Lal and others).

Dismissing any link to Shaivism requires ignoring these convergences in favor of artificial rupture. The seal’s yogic figure and animal mastery resonate with Vedic Rudra and classical Shiva; organic development in the subcontinent, not borrowed fragments.

Truschke’s intervention exemplifies a reductive Indology that flattens Indic specificity into pan-Eurasian generics, often to challenge deep-rooted continuity. Indian history is amazing, wonderful, and fantastic precisely because evidence from Marshall onward reveals profound indigenous depth.

The Pashupati Seal stands as powerful testimony to early Bhartiya religious sophistication, yogic traditions, and harmony with nature, with unmistakable echoes in the living Hindu continuum. Stronger evidence is required to overturn this which she may present should she have it.

Indian heritage doesn’t deserve narrative-driven minimisation.

A delegation from Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Mumbai, met the Honorable Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Jishnu Dev Verma, on 15th April regarding the TY B Com paper leak incident at the University of Mumbai.

During the meeting, the delegation apprised the Honorable Governor of the seriousness of the issue and requested the constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to ensure a thorough and time-bound investigation, along with strict action against those responsible. A detailed memorandum outlining the concerns and demands was also submitted.

The Honorable Governor acknowledged the gravity of the matter and assured the delegation of prompt intervention and necessary action to ensure justice for the students of the University of Mumbai.
