🚨🚨🚨 JUST IN: Charged With “Treason” for Defending Myself in Court

Since 2023, Zelensky imprisoned me for one reason: in 2019, I spoke about corruption involving the Biden family and Burisma. After that, I was labeled a “Russian disinformation agent,” charges was fabricated against me, and I was thrown in prison.

For more than 2.5 years, I have been fighting back publicly. Together with my lawyers, I have exposed how this case was fabricated and who was behind it. All my defense was public. During this time, I have continued my work as a sitting Member of the Ukrainian Parliament - defending political prisoners, speaking about human rights abuses in Ukraine, and calling to accept the peace plan of @realDonaldTrump , I appealed to many European leaders including @PM_ViktorOrban @antonioguterres @eucopresident and @UN @SCRtweets about persecution of Orthodox Church in Ukraine.

Over these 2.5 years, I have effectively broke Russiahoax case against me in court.
But last week, I was charged of “treason” second time - simply for speaking publicly in my own defense during court hearings and for my social media posts like this.
Zelensky in order to prevent me from public speaking in courts in my defense transferred me without any sentence to a penal colony for convicted prisoners.

In other words, the prosecution of Ukraine took my legal defense and turned it into a new criminal offense.
That is all you need to know about Zelensky’s “democracy.”

I am publishing the official notice of suspicion against me and I ask everyone to pay attention to it, share and don't stay silent.

It has to be said that Zelensky is working extremely hard to convince everyone that Ukraine is firmly on the path to democracy.

Not everyone believes it, of course.
But those who don’t are hunted down on the streets, beaten, killed, mobilized or thrown in prison.

All of this is done so that the rest of the people can clearly see that democracy, freedom, and justice in Ukraine "exist" - and that resisting them isn’t worth it.

Why are European leaders silent about Yermak’s corruption - and about the fact that this corruption would not exist without Zelensky’s usurpation of power?

Because their primary goal is to weaken Russia, and for that purpose Zelensky is the most effective manager.

As a result, anyone who damages his political image - including NABU/SAP or Ukrainian political prisoners - is viewed by Europe’s pro-war establishment as a threat.

That is why there is virtually no reaction to systematic human rights violations in Ukraine.

Even Ukrainians who simply do not want to fight are treated as enemies by today’s Europe.

In practice, this means that a large part of the Ukrainian people themselves are seen as expendable if they stand in the way of the war effort.

A Ukraine that is not fighting is no longer useful to Europe.

I think Andriy Yermak’s fortune teller is to blame for this whole mess.
Just think about it — he was completely unprepared for the case to go this far. That means his fortune teller failed to warn him! What kind of fortune teller is she if she couldn’t even see that he was going to end up behind bars?
Because of this lack of readiness, he ended up hiring a lawyer famous for losing two major cases in Ukraine — one who didn’t even know Yermak’s biography and referred to him as a Member of Parliament, even though Yermak was only an assistant long ago.
That said, I’m still confident they’ll manage to scrape together the bail money for him. The real question is whether he’ll actually stay in the country after paying it.
After all, he has four diplomatic passports, control over the border service and security agencies, personal protection, and more than enough money — as law enforcement themselves have pointed out — to live comfortably anywhere in the world.

I will underline that Volodymyr Zelenskyy keeps pretending that he has nothing to do with Mr. Yermak who had been his long-term friend, six-year chief-of-staff and who is still ruling a lot of things in the state without any position. And who is accused in large numbers of money laundering during the years of large-scale invasion.
Mr. Yermak is trying to collect $3.2 million of bail. Up to know his two friends donated $330K, and one not very known director sent UAH 666 ($15).
Almost every person promoted through the years by Zelenskyy has now charges in alleged corruption.

So, yesterday I was transferred to Menska prison No. 91, where they specially arranged a single cell for me, supposedly “serving as a pre-trial detention facility.”
In reality, it is part of the disciplinary isolation unit - essentially a punishment cell.

There are no proper conditions here for confidential meetings with lawyers, which appears to be the entire purpose of this decision: to make access to my legal defense as difficult as possible.

For example, today I am being transported to Kyiv for questioning at NABU.
Departure at 7 a.m., 3 hours drive, arrival around 10, interrogation at 12, then another 3 hours back - 8 hours total in a prison transport vehicle.
This is not a logistical necessity; it is deliberate pressure and tortures.

Even basic procedural guarantees are ignored.

Before leaving, I asked for a meal because I had no opportunity to have a breakfast.
At first, I was told that no food provision was provided for. Only after realizing this itself violated the rules did they hand me two sealed cans of sprats in tomato sauce - without any way to open them.

This is what “care” and "freedom" from Zelensky’s system looks like.

!! BREAKING: MY STATEMENT IN THE COURT HEARING

Yesterday in the High Anti-Corruption Court, prosecutors officially presented evidence that Andriy Yermak - Zelensky’s former chief of staff - is in direct communication with Oleksandr Poklad, the man who is currently acting as the de facto head of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU).

This is the same Oleksandr Poklad who, according to widespread news, personally shot and killed Ukrainian negotiator Denis Kireev in early February 2022 on Zelensky’s orders, right at the start of peace talks with Russia. This is also the same Poklad whose Counterintelligence Department organized the murder of the man who secretly recorded Yermak’s brother during the corruption meetings.
Poklad even participated in Ukraine’s negotiation group in peace talks with americans after Yermak was fired from Zelensky office.

New investigation and charges against me in "high treason for the official letterts to UN @UN and @realDonaldTrump is conducted by SBU Department headed by Poklad.

I made an official statement in court today warning that these actions represent a direct threat to my life.

Ukrainian special services, through the SBU’s Counterintelligence Department, have organized a clear scheme to send me to prison without any final verdict.
All investigations, searches, and my second fabricated criminal case are run directly by them. Prosecutors simply formalize what the SBU orders.

Their goal is obvious: to isolate me in a prison colony with no regular communication with my lawyers and no opportunity to continue my political work or defend myself in court. This is how they are trying to censor and silence me.

What makes this especially cynical is that the new “high treason” charges against me are based also on my own public statements in court - when I stood up and explained the violations in my case and why these accusations have nothing to do with actual treason.

My defense statements in open court have literally been turned into new criminal charges.
This is not justice. This is abuse of power, weaponization of state security structures to eliminate a political opponent through fabricated cases and physical isolation.

All these actions are direct threat to my life and I have stated this officially in court (watch the video).

Today, without any conviction or verdict, a Ukrainian court - through Judge Shaputko - ordered my transfer to Menska Correctional Colony No. 91 close to the frontline.

This is nothing less than an attempt to eliminate me as a witness in the Russiahoax case that Zelensky fabricated in Ukraine against Trump @realDonaldTrump - this is what I have been writing about here the entire time.

From this moment on, responsibility for anything that may happen to me inside the colony, or during transport to and from the colony, lies personally with Zelensky, Yermak, and Oleksandr Poklad - the First Deputy Head of the SBU, who fabricated this criminal case against me.

BREAKING OFFICIAL STATEMENT:
Several days before I was served with a new suspicion notice, and prior to the official motion to transfer me to the Men Correctional Colony No. 91 (close to frontline), my defense team began receiving anonymous threats via email.

The first threatening message arrived TWO DAYS before these events, at a time when neither I nor my lawyers had any knowledge of the impending suspicion.

One of the emails explicitly stated:
“The colony is waiting for you. Get ready. You will not leave it alive.”

Zelenskyy weaponized the entire justice system to fabricate a case on "treason" against me.
I have been accused of high treason for official letters to Donald Trump @realDonaldTrump regarding human rights in Ukraine, where I urged that the issue of political prisoners be included in peace initiatives. According to my information, there are already more than 52,000 such cases in Ukraine. @realannapaulina @RepLuna also received my public letter .

I am absolutely sure that Zelenskyy does not know how to deal with me.
That is why he gives orders that could put my life at risk.
