@MicrobiomDigest In this case I would have marked the edges of the individual membranes directly on the film with a marker so there would be no confusion that it was run on three different gels… not that I have ever exposed blots from 3 separate experiment on one film. It’s just confusing

@MicrobiomDigest It’s just 3 IPs that have been run on 3 gels. Membranes have been cropped a bit before immunoblotting and then they have been exposed on the same X-ray film. Unusual to run 3 different IPs at the same time but.. could be okay if they explain it better
