My mama is at a very senior position at Oracle, Bengaluru, and what he told me today honestly broke my heart, he said the situation is really bad, people he personally knows, hardworking, talented, 15+ years in the company, just terminated like that, and it’s not stopping, today it’s Oracle, tomorrow it’ll be some other company (he even named a few), all this because of increasing AI takeover, and the worst part is they can’t even do anything about it, his WhatsApp and mail are now filled with job requests, people asking for help, referrals, anything… share price is up, sure, but at what cost ? booked a hotel in Vrindavan via @Cleartrip and the contact number listed for the hotel was wrong. We called multiple times to confirm the stay, and the person clearly said he has nothing to do with the hotel.

Assuming the booking was fake, we had to urgently book another hotel. Now Cleartrip refuses to refund the amount saying the booking was non-refundable.

If the contact details listed on your platform are incorrect, how is that the customer’s fault? And the audacity to not process refund??? Your listing is so unreliable that even the hotel phone number denies it, yet you still won’t refund. Incredible service 🫡
