Here’s where I think Michigan should go from here:

Let Kyle Whittingham finish the season. He’s a good man and has built an incredible career, but this job is simply too big for where he is in his career. Michigan isn’t a small-market rebuild—it’s one of the premier jobs in all of sports, and this program needs someone with the energy, recruiting chops, and vision to build a national championship contender.

The discipline and turnovers are symptoms of a bigger issue. I actually think there’s a lot of talent on this roster. I just don’t think the current coaching dynamic is maximizing it.

Bryce Underwood deserves the opportunity to play in an environment built around his development. If that means transferring to a program with an elite offensive mind—LSU, Oregon, or somewhere similar…I’d understand it.

For Michigan, I’d be looking hard at a coach in his mid-to-late 30s: someone we can invest in, grow with, and build around for the next decade. An elite recruiter. An offensive innovator. Someone who understands the NIL era and can turn Michigan’s resources into a sustained national championship program.

Michigan doesn’t need a short-term fix. It needs to identify the next great coach and build the entire program around him.

Dear founders,

You can choose a giant fund with 47 partners, 12 group chats, and someone subtweeting about your cap table, while giving you their personal opinion on which board member you should pick… (their financial gain)

Or a small, nimble fund that works its ass off, picks up the phone, and stays out of the drama.

I’ll love to work with you 🙂

Miami’s favorite excuse just died

“Miami has capital but no engineers”

Griffin just dropped CMU Miami in Wynwood

3,500+ students. 900 faculty/staff. One of the country’s best CS/AI engines

If you’re waiting for Miami to get serious, you’re late https://t.co/vTMqDl81X3

Massive win for Miami.

Carnegie Mellon bringing its world-class AI, engineering, robotics and entrepreneurial talent to the city combined with the capital and financial ecosystem being built by Citadel has the potential to create a powerful new flywheel: talent → technology → capital → companies.

Miami is still in the early innings. The opportunity to build the talent density and infrastructure to keep pace with technological change is enormous.

The potential economic impact is even bigger..

Today, Carnegie Mellon University and Ken Griffin, founder and CEO of Citadel and founder of Griffin Catalyst, announced a historic $3 billion gift to elevate Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh and launch Carnegie Mellon University Miami. #CMUMiami

Such exciting news from @ListenLabs ! And we’re so proud to have been serving them as one of @neosigma_ai's one of earliest customers.

I still remember walking over to their office with @ritvikkapila, and a laptop in hand, with a local demo and a vision: that production agents shouldn’t freeze after ship - they should continuously evaluate, learn, and optimize from real user traffic. Listen believed in that early. They became one of our first customers, and we’ve been fortunate to serve them ever since.

From those early demos to every piece of feedback their team and Tobias has given us, @ListenLabs has shaped @neosigma_ai tremendously. They pushed us to make our product better everyday. Taking agent data from production, turning failures into high-fidelity evals, and using that signal to improve the harness so agents get better at the outcomes that matter to them!

It’s rare to find a team that cares this deeply about quality while moving this fast. Working alongside @itsalfredw , @florian_jue , Tobias, and the @ListenLabs team has been one of the privileges of building NeoSigma. We’ve been fortunate to help power evals and improvements for their agents as they’ve served each one of their customers like @AnthropicAI , @Microsoft and other giants with their agents.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to keep supporting Listen as they take that vision further - now with @salesforce and serve even bigger customers.

To @ListenLabs. Congrats, Alfred, Florian, and the whole team. What you’ve built is special and it’s been an honor to build alongside you all!

[Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss @ericw]

My rockstar brother @itsalfredw just sold @ListenLabs to Salesforce! @Benioff, you're incredibly lucky to have Alfred, @florian_jue and the team. They're the best, and I'm beyond proud ❤️

[Browserbase @browserbase]

Browser evals are only valuable if they hold up on the live internet. Most evals break with site updates, bot protection, and faulty graders.

We partnered with @hud_evals to write about what makes a good browser task that frontier labs actually want.
