@jonfavs Any idea why the Dems are not threatening a motion to vacate over Ukraine Aid?
If Johnson brings up the vote and it passes, they could provide the votes to keep him in office if he faces a mutiny. If he won’t bring up the vote, we need a speaker who will.

@ktbenner What do you make of the timing? Why flood the server in October when the DOJ got the videos in summer? Were there subsequent requests for data in October? Or was the date of the server room flooding misconstrued or did the witnesses intentionally mislead the reporters?
1/ I would like to address instances where some of the world's largest media outlets, such as the @WSJ and @Reuters , have either plagiarized my materials or used them without providing proper credit.

@TimothyDSnyder Frankly I think it is curious timing that McConnell, who got a Deripaska linked Aluminum plant promised to KY (not delivered IIRC), volubly supported arming Ukraine to win just after McConigal was indicted. It is the right position, but maybe for the wrong reason.
@CampbellShelagh@benjaminwittes@shaneharris@FBI Which one? For Nordstream while economically it didn’t have potential benefits for Ru, an attempt to fracture the western coalition by implicating Ukraine makes the most sense to me.
As for the J6 bomber, who knows, amazing they haven’t been caught.
.@benjaminwittes just caught up on the pod w @shaneharris on NordS pipeline bombing. Given the failure of the @FBI to ID the capitol bomber with intact bomb as forensic evidence, not sure we can expect them to be able to attribute the NS1/2, even if it were in their jurisdiction.
@NormEisen Remember, in early 2016, this was the first thing the GOP tried to do, but backed down in the face of public pressure. (Can’t recall if it was house or senate).
Fantastic job by @ktbenner moderating the panel at the @UChiPolitics event.
Tuned in late, but I was surprised the issue of VP Pence’s testimony or lack thereof didn’t appear to come up (unless i missed it).
(And we should all read the appendices!)
