The induced neural stem cells we make show the potential to retain aging features of starting cells, which could be useful for authentic cell models for aging-related neurodegenerative diseases.
Thrilled to share my paper in @ScienceAdvances. We present a robust way to make induced neural stem cells without passing a rejuvenated pluripotent state. Heartfelt thanks to @jauchr and all of our collaborators for making it happen.

Congrats to @MingxiWeng for finding how to make induced neural stem cells that do not pass through a rejuvenated pluripotent stem cell state which could help to study and revert age-linked diseases. @CTSCB_HK @hkumed@hkusbms@ScienceAdvances
