Had my next appointment scheduled today.. shock horror it was cancelled again on the day! You went one step further this time & didn’t even bother to tell me! Just didn’t show up & I had to call to find out where you were! Sorry it’s been cancelled!! What a cowboy company

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp what an absolute disgrace.. waited 2 weeks for an appointment then they cancel 2 hours before!! Taken a day off work, wasted a day, apparently all they can do is offer another appointment next week so I would need another day off work!joke 😡

@BritishGasHelp You need to review your policy then,letting people down at the last minute is unprofessional & costly to the customer!Your appointment windows are so large people have to take whole days off, Then you just cancel ! I’ve lost 2 days money! Could of bought a new appliance!Disgrace

Not only was my flight @easyJet delayed too & from my holiday destination they also made me put my cabin bag in the hold thus delaying me even more! They spoil your holiday every time & arnt even apologetic #EasyJet #RubbishAirline
