@BritishGasHelp I reported our faulty boiler a week ago. We have NO heating/hot water. You have just cancelled our engineers visit for today. The next appointment offered was for 5 days time. By which time our boiler would not have been working for 14 days. Disgraceful service

@YahooCare I was logged in via the link provided on my laptop when I was kicked. I have tried both mobile and pc options and get the same message that it doesn't exist with both.
