I understand residents protesting against a data center coming in place of an existing park/football ground/racecourse. But this was land that was owned by Kalpataru and meant for construction.
You are not entitled to a View. Plan your purchase and price accordingly.

A Level-1 fire hit a ground-plus-one labour camp at the under-construction Dharavi PAP site in Tata Nagar, Navghar Road, Mulund East, on Thursday afternoon. The blaze, suspected to have started after a gas-cylinder explosion, set off multiple blasts. Fire brigade and police evacuated everyone; no casualty has been reported.

A fire broke out in the workers shed of an under-construction building at Tata Nagar, Navghar Road in Mulund (East), on Thursday afternoon. The incident was reported to the Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) control room at 1.54pm. No injuries have been reported so far. Further details are awaited.
