Few years ago we started a journey to build a new model of evidence generation, dissemination and collaboration!
This HRS we had 16 abstracts, dozens of collaborators and 100s of handshakes.
A new paradigm of collaboration between industry, community and academic docs was born!

Also, a 2:1 flutter would imply a flutter wave buried in the T; that T wave appears unperturbed. Perhaps consider an atrial tachycardia? Crista ATs can easily mimic sinus.
