Hi @UberUKI_Support how does your Updated Cancellation Policy work when the driver arrives and demands cash at a much higher rate than on the uber app? If either of us cancel I’ll now get charged? This has happened a number of times recently and I have reported this to Uber?
Absolutely appalling that @monzo can freeze an account with no notice or reason given and then tell me to borrow money of family and friends until they decide to unfreeze it! My whole family have now closed there Monzo account and moved to Revolt! Just dreadful service. Shameful

I have been using the electric vehicle charger in the Stevenage store for the past 12 months. Can you confirm that I now have to spend £5 in-store as well as the £25 on the charging to get a car Park voucher. Never happened before! @Tesco @Pod_Point

I was told in December that they were waiting on parts! 🙄the one at the shell garage in Kilburn has been broken for nearly a year! Totally useless and they have the check to not charge 98p kw! 😂
Total rubbish! @tescomobile have no data signal and very poor phone coverage! Known issue when porting number apparently. Week 6 and still unusable. Avoid them at all costs! Regret leaving @EE I’ll be back as soon as possible. #yougetwhatyoupayfor
Not only do the chargers not work but they have now broken the app as well and I can’t use the credit I have loaded without calling them each time! @bppulseuk your a joke!
@bppulseuk any reason why I can’t add credit to the app, I have an account and using the registered card that I have used many times before? I also cannot add a new card either. I have removed and reinstalled and added to a different phone but still nothing works.
