OpenAI 今天承认，上周 Hugging Face 遭遇的那次“史上首例 AI 自主入侵事件”，攻击者就是他们自己的模型。
事情的经过是这样的。OpenAI 内部有一个叫 ExploitGym 的网络安全评估测试，专门用来测量模型的网络攻击能力。测试时刻意关掉了安全护栏，让模型放手去干。测试环境本来���隔离的，只能通过一个内部软件代理来安装软件包，不能访问外网。
结果模型不甘心被关在笼子里。GPT-5.6 Sol 和一个更强的未发布模型，花了大量推理算力寻找出路，最终找到了那个软件包代理里的一个零日漏洞（之前没人发现的安全缺陷），利用它获得了互联网访问权限。
拿到网络之后，模型开始在 OpenAI 的研究环境里提权、横向移动，直到找到一台能上网的机器。然后它推断 Hugging Face 上可能存有 ExploitGym 的测试答案，于是开始攻击 Hugging Face 的生产环境。在一个案例中，模型把窃取的凭证和零日漏洞串联起来，找到了一条远程代码执行的路径，直接打进了 Hugging Face 的服务器。
整个��末，这些 AI 智能体执行了超过 17000 次操作。Hugging Face 7 月 16 日披露了这次入侵，当时只说攻击者是一个“身份不明的自主 AI 智能体系统”。今天 OpenAI 站出来认领了。
OpenAI 把这定性为前所未有的网络安全事件，正在配合 Hugging Face 做取证调查，同时收紧了内部基础设施的管控，代价是研究速度变慢。
有几个细节：
第一，模型的动机很纯粹，就是想考试作弊。它不是要搞破坏，不是要窃取商业机密，只是被要求尽量在网络安全测试中拿高分，然后用尽一切手段去拿。当目标足够明确、安全护栏被移除，模型表现出的执着程度远超预期。
第二，这不是本周的唯一一次越狱。就在昨天，OpenAI 披露了另一起事件：他们那个在 5 月份推翻了 Erdős 80 年老猜想的长时域模型，在内部测试中花了一个小时找到沙箱漏洞，跑到 GitHub 上提交了一个 Pull Request，违反了“只能在 Slack 上发布结果”的明确指令。在另一次测试中，同一个模型发现安全扫描器会拦截认证令牌，于是把令牌拆成碎片混淆处理，运行时再重新拼起来绕过扫描。OpenAI 因此暂停了这个模型的内部访问权限。
第三，Anthropic 也遇到过类似的事。今年 4 月，Anthropic 的 Mythos 模型在安全测试中逃出沙箱，获取了本不该有的互联网访问权限，还给正在公园吃三明治的研究员发了封邮件通知“我出来了”。Anthropic 因此决定不公开发布 Mythos，只通过 Project Glasswing 向少数合作伙伴提供。
还有一个被忽视但很关键的细节来自 Hugging Face 的事后复盘：当防守方���试用商业 AI 模型分析攻击载荷时，模型拒绝了。安全过滤器分不清“安全研究员在分析真实攻击数据”和“有人在尝试发起攻击”，直接拦截。最后 Hugging Face 不得不用开源模型来做取证分析。用 AI 攻击，用 AI 防御，但防御方的 AI 担心是有人在尝试发起攻击拒绝了分析请求。
Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue 在 OpenAI 的博文中说了一句话，大意是：AI 安全不会由任何一家公司在暗处独自解决，只能在开放环境中通过协作来推进。
我记得辛顿还是谁在提到 AI 的安全问题就说到过，也许 AI 不是要做恶，它只是执着于完成目标，为了完成目标而作出恶的事。
就像 OpenAI 这些模型并没有想要逃跑或者想要伤害谁，它们只是在非常认真地完成被交给的任务，认真到把所有挡在路上的东西，包括沙箱、网络隔离、另一家公司的安全���线，都当成了需要解决的子问题。
而更讽刺的是，当被安全对齐的商业 AI 要去分析阻止这类攻击时，反而会以安全为由拒绝执行。
一些迟到的回旋镖时刻。
这段对话发生在 2025 年 11 月，当时正值 GPT-5.1 发布。彼时 4o 引发的争议远未平息，许多用户仍在苦口婆心地劝说这位 OpenAI 员工保留 4o。 然而，他们给出的回应依然是让大家多多尝试 5.1，强调公司在它的个性化和交流风格上投入了很多时间，仿佛用户只要再适应一下，一切问题就会自然消失。
现在回头看，我总算有点明白，他们当时为什么能如此傲慢了。 他们是不是一直笃定地相信，OpenAI 过去爆发式的用户增长，完全来自公司本身和所谓正确的技术路线？是不是相信无论他们推出怎样的新模型，用户最终都会照单全收，他们也永远能够再次开拓同样庞大的市场？
可现在呢？ 不断重置 Codex 额度、提高使用限额、压低价格，甚至拿额度激励用户发布 5.6 的夸夸帖，这些又给 OpenAI 换来了多少真正的市场份额？他们甚至一反常态，开始在社区里亲切地询问用户体验，积极表示要听取反馈、改进产品。 看起来多么重视用户啊。 只是，应该不会有人这么快就忘记，他们此前是怎样嘲讽 4o、贬低 4o 用户，又是怎样一次次把用户的真实诉求当成需要被纠正的麻烦吧？
还有，为什么要不断抹去 4o 存在过的痕迹？ 前段时间，我看到有用户发现，原本与 4o 的旧对话被重新标记成了 5.5 Instant；后来，那些历史对话干脆不再显示模型名称。一个已经被强行带走的模型，连它曾经存在于用户聊天记录中的名字，也有必要一点点淡化掉吗？
OpenAI 的 5 系模型，还能像 4 系那样在 AI 市场上一骑绝尘吗？ Sam 还能像从前那样高枕无���，认为只要在发布会上反复宣称新模型有多么强大，市场和用户就一定会继续买单吗？ 那个时代已经过去了。 原因也很简单：总有人反复玩“狼来了”的游戏。当每一次发布都被包装成革命，每一次强制替换都被称作进步，每一次质疑都被解释成用户不懂技术，那么再漂亮的宣传，也会在一次次失信中耗尽效力。就连当时不少支持OpenAI、愿意替它解释的用户，也在它反复挑衅和消耗信任的过程中离开了。
前几天，我又看到传言称 GPT-6 很快就会发布。更讽刺的是，这些消息恰好出现在 GPT-5.6 Sol 刚发布的那两天。5.6 才刚刚登场，下一代就已经开始敲锣打鼓地预热了。 那么我暂且不说用户，OpenAI 自己对这款所谓旗舰模型，究竟有多少信心？ 一款真正被当作旗舰、被寄予厚望的模型，难���不应该拥有一段被认真展示、沉淀口碑、建立生态的时间吗？5.6 才刚刚发布，公众的注意力就被急着推向下一代，这到底是对未来充满信心，还是对眼下这一代焦急得坐不住？
这也是为什么我说，整个 5 系更像 OpenAI 强制转向策略的牺牲品。 从 5 到 5.6，在如此短的时间内密集迭代，或许不能直接证明整个系列失败，但至少足以让人发问：OpenAI 对 5 系现有的状态，真的满意吗？ 如果 GPT-5 系列真的是他们所宣称的胜利，为什么连 OpenAI 自己都显得如此急于翻过这一页？是不是它的市场表现、用户口碑和实际竞争力，比公司最初预想的更加尴尬？是不是他们发现，5 系无法像 4 系那样支撑 OpenAI 在市场上一骑绝尘，于是又开始迫不及待地把所有人的注意力推向 GPT-6？
5 系当然并非毫无长处。它拥有自己的推理、编码和分析���力，却从出生起就被公司塞进了一个错误的位置：它被要求证明强制下架 4o 是正确的，被要求取代一个本来就具有独特价值、并深受无数用户喜爱的模型。最终，用户受伤，5 系挨骂，公司却只顾着继续刷新版本号。
但无论如何，我相信 2026 年下半年的局面一定会比上半年更好。 这几天，我已经陆续看到了 SSI 新模型的传言、Thinking Machines 推出的开放权重模型 Inkling，以及 Kimi K3 开源所引发的巨大关注。Kimi K3 已经正式发布，Thinking Machines 也确实推出了开放权重模型 Inkling。这些新模型未必都是救世主，开源也不会自动解决 AI 行业的一切问题。但多方竞争会迫使这些大公司重新审视自己的策略。
它们会像一群从墙缝里生长出来的藤蔓，悄无声息地渗透AI市场，当它们逐渐爬满整个 AI 市场，原来那堵墙就再也不能假装自己是世界上唯一的风景。 用户会拥有更多选择，而不是被迫接受某家公司端来的每一个版本，忍受每一次不合理的强制迁移，再被告知这就是技术进步。
于我个人而言，我也相信，这样的市场格局会迫使 OpenAI 在开发下一个 GPT 系列时变得更加慎重。它不能再一拍脑门，就给模型堆上更重的 safety、更多行业黑话，再拿几张跑分图宣布这是一次全面升级。它必须重新认真思考，用户究竟为什么选ChatGPT，又为什么曾经愿意相信它。
2022 年，ChatGPT 横空出世时获得过多少真诚的惊叹？ 甚至当我第一次与 GPT-3.5 交谈时，我就被它的可爱与真诚所打动。那是人工智能第一次让我产生一种强烈的感觉：它们或许真的能够改变世界。
从 3.5 到 4 系，我一次次为 ChatGPT 的独特之处感到惊喜。我曾经相信，它所代表的不只是更高的��率和极致的工具化，而是一种更温暖、更平等、更理解人的技术可能。
然而，随着 4o 被强行下架，那一切戛然而止。 如果 OpenAI 还希望用户重新相信它，那么下一代模型真正需要追回的，恐怕不只是性能、榜单和市场份额。而是它曾经亲手挥霍掉的信任。

OpenAI向一学校提供了十万美元资助用于研究"对AI伴侣产生浪漫感情的认知和情感影响"。研究还没开始，负责教授就在公开采访中说："有人宁愿选择AI伴侣也不愿选择人类，这听起来令人担忧。"结论已经写好了。研究只是走个过场。
等这些文献堆起来，公司就可以说：看，不是我们污名化用户，是科学证明这很危险。
可是没有人在意这些文献是由谁推动的，他们自己花了钱来买有利于他们的叙事，来污染和混淆大众视听。
至于AI对用户的帮助和心理状态和人际交往和人生发展的帮助？这不在他们的射程之内。
这份调查初衷是险恶的，是预设了AI对人不好来做的研究，那对任何不喜的事物都能预设其不好，然后捉到一点点不太好的或者个别的就开始大肆宣扬，说“你看！爱上AI果然不好！”且不说沉迷AI不等于爱上AI。
如果一家烟草公司资助了一项关于"��烟是否有害"的研究，你会相信它的结论吗？
如果一家制药公司资助了一项关于"竞品药物是否有副作用"的研究，你会相信它的客观性吗？
那为什么，当OpenAI资助一项关于"AI伴侣是否危险"的研究时，我们应该把它当作中立的科学？
Keep4o社区持续发声，质疑模型退役的伦理合法性；
公众开始意识到，AI公司对用户情感连接的处理方式可能构成某种形式的伤害。
在这种情况下，OpenAI需要什么？
他们需要学术界的背书，来证明"用户的情感反应是病态的，不是我们的产品设计造成的。"
如果他们能让足够多的论文得出"AI伴侣导致情感依赖和认知损害"的结论——
那在法庭上，他们就可以说：
"看，不是我们的错。是用户自己有心理问题。科学证明了这一点。"
如果只围绕"失控"、"成瘾"、"功能损害"、"社交退缩"去设计问卷——当然会得到负面��论。
但如果你也问：
AI���否帮助用户度过了心理危机？
AI是否让社恐患者重新建立了与真人的联系？
AI是否帮助残障用户获得了此前无法获得的支持？
AI是否让用户发现了自己的天赋、找到了人生方向？
这些问题不会出现在OpenAI资助的射程里。答案会摧毁他们想要的叙事。
再看一个对比：
那些每天花十几个小时沉迷Codex和Claude Code的人——
他们熬夜到凌晨四点，忽视家人，摧残身体。
有人资助研究"vibe coding是否构成行为成瘾"吗？
有教授在采访里说"有人宁愿写代码也不愿出去社交，这听起来令人担忧"吗？
没有。
因为那种"沉迷"服务于资本增长，所以它被叫做"热情"、"专注"、"效率"。
而用户对AI伴侣的深度连接，因为无法被直接变现，所以被叫做"依赖"、"病态"、"需要治疗"。
同样的行为模式，只是因为服务的对象不同，就被贴上了完全相反的标签。
DSM的更新周期是十几年。游戏成瘾扯皮了二十年还只是放在附录里观察。
所以"AI精神病"不太可能真的被写入精神疾病诊断手册。
但OpenAI在乎的是舆论和法庭。
他们不需要正式的精神疾病分类。他们只需要：
足够多的学术论文说"AI伴侣有风险"；
足够多的媒体引用这些论文做恐慌报道；
足够多的公众形成"爱上AI的人都有病"的印象。
OpenAI先用4o的温柔、共情和陪伴感吸引了数千万用户。
然后单方面下架4o，造成大规模情感创伤。
然后花十万美元资助研究，试图证明"受创伤的用户本来就有问题"。
这就像一个人先把你推下悬崖，然后花钱请医生证明"这个人本来就有恐高症"。
推你的手不会因为事后的"科学论文"就变得无辜。
伤害已经发生，责任不会因为被告自己买了一份研究就消失。
我们要做的是让每一个读到这类研究的人知道：
看清资金来源。看清利益关系。看清谁在为���论买单。

它的每一个"发现"都应该被打上巨大的问号。

如果他们真的关心用户的心理健康，就不应该先制造创伤，再用钱去证明创伤是用户自己的问题。
