How to maximise biological performance:
- Seafood 5x a week (SMASH)
- 30 min grounding daily
- AM sunlight (ideally before 15° solar elevation)
- No sunglasses
- 20 min midday sun (as much skin exposed as possible)
- 20 min TM morning & evening
- Work with window open (or incandescents, no LED)
- Cold shower 30-60 sec each morning
- Zone 2 cardio
- Strength training + mobility (Kneeovertoeguy exercises)
- Minimum 60 mins outdoors daily
- Carbonated mineral spring water
