You can learn a lot about a protocol without reading its marketing.

Look at what the architecture makes easy, what it makes difficult, where constraints exist, and which decisions have been intentionally limited.

Those choices reveal what the builders actually prioritized.

That’s something I find fascinating about protocol design: values eventually become technical decisions.

The architecture often tells the story more clearly than the tagline does.
