We're expanding our team of AI and Robotics-focused recruiters across North America and Europe (remote).

💰 $5,000 referral bonus for any successful introduction.

Over the past year, Pyxis has become a trusted hiring partner to many of the world's leading venture-backed AI and robotics companies, helping founders build mission-critical engineering, product, go-to-market, and executive teams.

Today, our recruiters are working on multiple retained and contingent searches across AI infrastructure, foundation models, applied AI, physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, and enterprise AI—with fees ranging from $40K–$90K+ per placement.

We're looking to add a small number of exceptional recruiters who want to operate at the center of the AI ecosystem.

• Passion for AI, robotics, and emerging technologies
