@Banana_Oncology Agree! Reason to be optimistic. But I do think the history of drugging RAS versus EGFR leaves me very cautious to think RAS agents will be in line with EGFR agents. For patients’ sake, I’m hoping for the best.
@Banana_Oncology It’s intriguing. I’ve observed patients whose disease appeared to accelerate after an IO, but unfortunately, I’ve never been able to substantiate this observation. I’m delighted to see a potential mechanism of action (MOA) that could explain this phenomenon.
@BowTiedBiotech@raffcolo Other possibilities are differences in the internalization rate of the ADC and then ability to cleave the payload once internalized. So many variables other than extracellular expression that impact activity.
