Why to curse @UFBUIndia , he is our men only,

UFBU don't have any "X" handle , they are on ground to screw public bank, public bank employees, mostly Public bank officers

@BJP4India would always keep laughing on UFBU on non their resistive response

🏦 IDBI Bank’s stake sale gets the green light. And the response? A black armband on October 16.

But where was the strategy when the decision was being made?

Where was the timely resistance, mass mobilisation and a concrete action plan?

A black armband can express anger, but it cannot reverse a decision on its own.

BLACK ARMBAND IS A SYMBOL OF PROTEST—not a substitute for strategy!

IDBI Bank employees deserve leadership that acts before the damage is done, not just expresses dissent afterwards.

The question isn’t whether we should protest. It’s whether our protest is strong enough to make a difference.

100% true
